Privacy Policy

1. Overview

Nimbqx helps you capture sky photos, pin cloud types, keep weather notes, and optionally publish a snapshot to Plaza on this device. We designed the app so core journaling works offline, without requiring an account.

2. Information we process

• Photos you choose — camera or library images used for sky sketches and Plaza cards. Stored only on your device.
• Sketch content — titles, pins, notes, sky-time tags, voice notes, Felt vs Sky memos, favorites, block/report records.
• Display name & author key — a local display name and random device author key for Plaza posts you create.
• Purchase records — consumable coin pack receipts handled by Apple StoreKit on your device / Apple’s systems.
• Notifications (optional) — if you enable Sky Sketch Reminder, a daily local notification is scheduled on-device at the time you choose.

3. Permissions

• Camera / Photo Library — to create and save sky sketches and exports.
• Microphone — only if you record a voice note on a sketch.
• Notifications — only if you turn on the daily sky reminder.

You can revoke permissions anytime in iOS Settings.

4. What we do not do

• We do not require sign-in or collect email for core features.
• We do not operate a cloud social network; Plaza is a local share wall (including sample cards).
• We do not sell your personal data.
• We do not use your sky photos for advertising profiling.

5. In-app purchases

Coins are consumable digital items used for optional exports (for example HD annotated cards and PDF sky cards). Purchases are processed by Apple. We do not receive your full payment card details.

6. Data retention & deletion

Your sketches and Plaza cache live in the app’s local Documents storage. Use Clear All Data in Me to wipe local content and restore sample content. Uninstalling the app also removes local app data from the device.

7. Children’s privacy

Nimbqx is not directed at children under 13. Do not use the app to submit personal information of children.

8. Changes

We may update this policy as features change. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do.
